2. Cost: Be cost conscious. Try to keep cost under $25. Let the leadership know if the church needs to underwrite any of the costs to encourage involvement.

   3. Timeframe: When will the event start? When will it end? Let the men know in advance so they can plan.

   4. Transportation: Where will the men meet? Will there be car pooling?

   5. Advertising: While not all of Ensley men may have an interest in your event, we need to let them know they are welcome. Advertising will also indicate that our men's ministry is alive, well and on the move.

   6. Parameters: This is a church sponsored event. No alcohol, no smoking, watch the language, no gambling. We expect this of Christians as well as non-Christians. 

    7. Follow-up: Encourage the men to stay in touch. To keep relationships going, consider a similar event in the future. Make note of men from outside of the church who participated. Encourage them to stay connected.
